Overview
The Project
Three days. Three amazing locations. Three carefully crafted real estate videos.
The Challenge
Time was little and the properties were big, we had to move fast but we also had to be careful: outdoors the wind was blowing hard with the weather changing constantly and indoors there were many rooms and details that we couldn’t and wouldn’t miss. The result are three beautifully crafted videos that will aid the real estate agent in her or his work.

The company has held the number one market share in the United States and Canada since 1999, as measured by residential transaction sides. Key Assets
Motion Graphics
Using motion graphics in real estate videos help bring out the essence of each property with just a few words and numbers, making sure that the important facts are are immediately available to the prospect buyer.
Aerial Filming
Aerial photography is a fundamental part of shooting real estate videos, it gives the audience the right perspective of the property giving it context in its surroundings, which in our case wasn’t difficult at all since we were in the magical Tuscan hills.
Editing and Post-Production
It’s paramount not to bore the prospect buyer otherwise an actual buyer he or she will never be. Time is of the essence, as usual, and keeping the video short and focused on the great aspects of the property is something that we put all our effort in.
