A short movie based on the script written by Andrea Paz, directed by Giovanni Merla and produced by Rosso Productions.
The Challenge
“Il Paese di Anna” or “Anna’s Place” since the start had some very hard challenges to overcome and more than once its completion was unsure. It’s been a collective effort where many people were involved and contributed to the final outcome. The production started in 2013 and ended one year later, then the movie stayed in post-production for more than a year. The hardest part has been not to lose focus on the original idea of the movie throughout the almost 3 years that took to complete the short.

The production of “Anna’s Place” involved almost 10 locations, more than 20 actors and a long production schedule.
Post-Production
Post-production took more than a year with many setbacks. It’s been a long creative process to bring to life “Anna’s Place” but one that was worth the effort.
